1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pehchan Kaun (LogoIQ) mobile application or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or website.

2. Virtual Coins and Purchases

Pehchan Kaun operates a virtual currency system using "Coins". Coins can be earned by playing the game or purchased through the Google Play Store In-App Billing system.

  • Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable.
  • Purchases of coin packages, standalone lifetime Relaxed Mode unlocks, or New Player Offers are final and non-refundable, except as required by regional consumer protection laws or Google Play refund policies.
  • If you delete your app or change devices without linking your account to a Google or Firebase account, your un-synced virtual coin balances may be lost. We cannot restore coins lost due to local cache deletions on anonymous guest profiles.

3. Account Syncing & Leaderboard Conduct

Users are permitted to play as guest users or sign in using Firebase Authentication. If you participate in global or country rankings, you agree to:

  • Avoid using offensive, hateful, or copyrighted names in your profile nickname.
  • Avoid using unauthorized third-party mods, scripting engines, or cheats to manipulate score and point calculation logs. Codereplica reserves the right to reset point standings or ban users from leaderboard ranks if suspicious behavior is identified.

4. Relaxed Mode Entitlements

Relaxed Mode (which removes the game timer) can be unlocked permanently (lifetime) or temporarily (1-week via the New Player Offer). After the 1-week offer period, the app will automatically revert to standard timed gameplay unless a lifetime unlock is acquired.

5. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". Codereplica makes no warranties regarding the constant uptime of leaderboards, syncing systems, or server verification services, and will not be liable for any lost progress, data, or coins arising from service interruptions.
